Likewise. Having moved from there to Chamblee, I miss living in the area tremendously.

Actually, Milton for me. Even though it's an almost artificially created "country", I very much enjoy how quiet it is, but still can be 10-20 minutes away from everything.

Decatur or the Morningside/Ansley Park community. I love the style of the houses and the vibe of both areas. Both are close to town and very LGBT friendly.

great responses thus far. I've not yet been to Ansley Park, I'll have to check that one out.

Honestly, we would probably remain right where we are, by the historic Marietta Square. After 15 years living in and frequenting other areas in the metro, we finally found one that feels like "home," and it gets better every year.

That’s where I moved, and love it. Close enough to shopping and dining, not horrible to travel to the Perimeter on an as-needed basis during the week and close enough to ITP on the weekend and during occasional trips during the week.

My preference is Alpharetta. Safety, Good Schools and Hitech jobs are what I need...

I would like to think somewhere in or near to Vinings. I like that it's not far from the 75 to get into Atlanta and like that it's on the 285. I guess this goes under it being pretty central due to the highways. I hear that Vinings is pretty safe.

I used to think of O4W but not as sure anymore. Yeah...I think I'll stick with just Vinings for now. The value of the area I would think should continue to appreciate due to its proximity to Buckhead as well as the stadium. If I wanted to rent a room out, pretty sure I would get good bang for my buck.
