That might be this year's cows on the Interstate incident, which didn't happen too far away on 285 either.

pfft.

They have likely already filed an insurance claim over the money and will have received the total amount lost in the incident, plus the money returned by the drivers who are returning it at their own expense. Fair enough that they took something that wasn't theirs to begin with but seriously now. They already know and expect not to recoup even 1/4th of the money that splattered all over a busy interstate.
