I'm not surprised to see Henry hopping on the mixed-use bandwagon.

I couldn't exactly tell where this was going in Stockbridge. Will it be near Downtown Stockbridge like they did in Lawrenceville and Duluth?

It’s going on the land that was going to be known as “Jodeco Atlanta south” but that project fumbled due to the city whole eagles landing fiasco and Covid. So now the project is remade as now known as Bridges at jodeco, right off the i-75 jodeco road exit. (Southwest quadrant)

Hopefully this means more traffic to that section on 75 ....fun for beach trips every time! Sunday gridlock, the best.

I'm a little tired of these developers just taking the name of the newest development from the richest side of the town and sticking II on the end and saying we're going to be the next... blah blah...

My gosh its only a 15 acre apartment complex with 6,000 sq ft in retail that has been announced so far.

For years it was the next Atlantic Station... the next Ponce City Market.... the Next Avalon....

Currently, there is only 1 of each of those and there are hundreds of smaller mixed used developments around.

Agreed. A lot of exaggerated hype. Avalon, not even close. 6000 sq ft of retail is nothing

I guess in a sense I agree. Not to dismiss this development though. I guess it just would be better if it had a more generic name to it. FWIW though this happens here in Austin all the time when it comes to mix-use developments. Every single new development is always the 'Next Domain'.
