Hello,

My husband's a Computer Tech/programmer there seems to be ample jobs in Atlanta. For those that relocated how did you fing employment? We will probally drive down to meet with an agency any tips? We are looking to move july/aug of 09.

I had a job in hand before I moved. Otherwise, I'd probably be living somewhere else. As it is, though, my wife and I are both very happy with the results.

Matrix sucks.

I'd use simplyhired dot com for all listings but computerjobs/dice/careerbuilder for IT jobs.

They also pay way under market rate and take a much bigger cut then other companies. They generally have worse people as very few decent people stay with them long as its easy to get more money elsewhere. If you have to use Matrix then use them for a contract for a few months while you get a decent job.
