If I had Parkside Management managing my complex I would seriously look into them. We had them when the owner was with Piedmont Management andthe current owner Celia Ebert has a dubious past with Piedmont Management. We got rid of them happily!
They are extremely un-professional with clients and have had "questions" about their ability to manage moneys ethically.
