Hi Everyone, we are new to Tucker, GA and need some info for suburbs in GA.

We are interested in Lawrenceville area but not sure how it is as far as new developments, etc. We are a young 30's couple and are just starting our family. We would like to find a home that has enough room to grow and are looking somewhere in the mid-200s price range.

Any insight would be welcomed and appreciated!

I am a Firefighter and Deputy Sheriff here in in beautiful downtown Lawrenceville. It is pretty conjested in places. Depending on what you are looking for you can get a nice resale in the Collins Hill area. Newer homes in Gwinnett are on smaller lots with little space between homes. I actually live in Winder and absolutely love it. I can tell you more about Larryville if you want.

Thanks everyone for the response! We are currently renting an apartment in Tucker and will continue our search in the other areas. We definetly want property in between houses and not too congested of an area but also not in the "boonies!"

More info on Larryville would be great too!!

Thanks in advance!
