Atlanta Preservation Center (http://www.preserveatlanta.com/walkingtours.htm - broken link)

I think these tours are weekly or monthly. Perhaps some of the midtown neighborhoods offer tours, too?

I kind of meant the Home Tours where you can go into people's homes in cool intown neighborhoods and walk around... There was recently a Grant Park, Candler Park, and Morningside-Lenox Park Home Tour. I was curious as to if there are any upcoming tours of that caliber.

Several neighborhoods have Christmas Candlelight Tours. Here's info on Decatur's. Avondale Estates also has one, and then there is the Callanwolde Christmas Tour in Druid Hills.

In December (usually second weekend or so) there is the Grant Park candlelight tour of homes. It's one of my favorites!

Default Avondale Estates Christmas Tour of Homes

Avondale Estates Christmas Tour of Homes
The 16th annual Avondale Estates Christmas Tour of Homes, sponsored by the Avondale Community Club, will take place on Sunday, December 14 from 3:00 to 8:00 pm. The tour features seven homes that have been sensitively restored or renovated to preserve the character of our historic city. Two additional points of interest on the tour are the Waffle House Museum, built in the original Waffle House that opened in Avondale on Labor Day 1955, and the Avondale Baptist Church that will showcase a display of nativities.
In conjunction with the tour, Avondale will also be hosting a Holiday Market from 12:00 to 6:00 p.m. the same day. The market will be at the Avondale Community Club at 59 Lakeshore Drive and will feature the creations of a variety of local artists. Avondale’s own Mary Kay Andrews will be selling and signing her books at the market and Sweet ‘N Sinful will be selling soup and desserts at the Market Café.
Tickets may be purchased for $12 in advance at Avondale Antiques, Avondale City Hall, Finders Keepers Furniture, REAL, and Seventeen Steps or for $15on the day of the tour at the Avondale Community Club. For more information, view our web site at avondaletourofhomes.com.
