Okay, so I have it narrowed down to a few areas to begin my search.

How would you define the "personalities" of the following areas?
(Such as preppy, ghetto, MD's live there, stuck up, traditional, transient, middle class, lower class, upper class, good schools, trendy, old homes, new homes, drug area, rural, no shopping, great shopping, long drive to highway, rednecky, etc.)

Dunwoody
Vinings
Buckhead
Sandy Springs
Marietta

Okay, have at it. And THANKS AGAIN!

I think of the first 4 as some of the best places to live in Atlanta. Safe with a lot of high-income households and easy access to multiple highways.

If this were The Office, and those were places in Scranton, the residences of the characters would break down as follows:

Dunwoody: Michael Scott
Vinings: Oscar Martinez
Buckhead: Ryan Howard
Sandy Springs: Toby Flenderson
Marietta: Dwight Shrute

Dunwoody-Middle classed soccer moms and soccer dads and some really nice older houses.

Vinings-Mixture of young professionals and families who have money but not too stuck up.

Buckhead-Lots of stuck up snots who are too sexy for their cars.

Sandy Srings-Traditionalists with money who want to keep the neighborhood that way.

Marietta-sketchy....some parts are gettin' ghetto while others are okay.

It depends if you're strictly speaking about the City of Marietta and the areas within the city limits, or including the unincorporated areas as well. Something like half the county has a Marietta address and the unincoporated areas include some of the nicest areas in the metro.
