That is more or less true it rotates counter clockwise every 4 weeks. If you work morning shift 6:30-2:45 then next shift is late night shift 11:30-6:45

3rd shift is already full. But I think they are still hiring after the holidays the turn over on the line seems kinda high cause the work is pretty intense and some people can't handle it

do you think that the people kia didn't hire have a good chance at a temp service to get hired at kia.

Not too sure. It took me 6 monthes to get hired and I am experienced with hand tools, have a college degree, and I feel I did very well in the assessment. So needless to say it will take awhile to get hired

Default maintanane assesment

I have an 8 hr maintanace assesment Dec 7 2011 at 8am. Can anyone please tell me what to expect and what i need to know to pass this assesment. I was told there will be other canidates so im willing to shoot to be the best for the job. I am a certified welder and have basic maintance skills. I know a little about the robots but not much about the neumatics and electronic part. Im sure i failed the three tests i took at the interview. Im shocked theyve called me for this assesment so if anyone at all can help me pkease reply asap or email me at scott_brassel@yahoo I currently work for a tier 1 supplier for Kia doing part maintanance. This job would really set me up to start my life at 23 yrs old. This job would be a real blessing pls help.

I hear you sblue09; I had my physical on 11/23 and no call. I know I passed with flying colors so maybe things have slowed down over the holidays.
