i am about to move to an apartment that is located on franklin rd...
can you please tell me more about franklin rd? what is wrong with that area?
any input would be appreciated...

I'm not sure that you would want to rent a house. If you are relocating you don't want to overly obligate yourself by making huge committments before you get a lay of the land. I would suggest you contact www.promove.com as they offer good deals on apartments and can prescreen your options for you and get you a good rate. Years ago I used to stay in wood hollow apartments......not sure if that's what you want but you can check it out.

NO. Do not rent on FRANKLIN ROAD. I don't like that area. If you don't mind hood activity then do what you do but from a my perspective this area is not really safe. Check the crime statistics. Try promove to stay in your rent range and stay in a safer place like wood hollow apartments. When I lived there I hit the road all the time. I could hop right on 75 or take 285 and I wasn't that far from 400. I was on the go then.
