Hi all,

I haven't been in Atlanta for 6 months, and when I left I saw a new condo building going up on Peachtree near Piedmont. Here is a pic below. Can anyone tell me the name and if they are for sale yet and the price range? Thanks

It looks like the pic is being taken from the Terminus Building. Looks like you're in luck if you're interested.

Great, thank you! Yes, I did get this photo from a view from the Terminus condos on a realtor website. I didn't realize this building was Terminus as well. Much appreciated!

Terminus is offering huge deals right now and the prices range from mid 200k to 500k+++ depending on your floor and size of unit.

The concept is really cool but they were hit hard with the market crash because they were just completing and starting to sell when it hit.

Monthly Association dues start at $370 and go up from there depending on your unit.

The units current listed in the MLS are Buyer Full Report (http://fmlslistings.marketlinx.com/SearchDetail/Scripts/PrtBuyFulPhotos/PrtBuyFulPhotos.asp?emailGUID=69e33260-3208-43a0-8675-2eed7cb8c10b&AgentId=KATTEL - broken link)

Feel free to contact me directly with questions.

The white/glass tower in the left side of that picture isn't Terminus...it's an apartment building about a block from to Terminus near that shopping center with Gordon Biersch and LA Fitness. I don't recall the name except that it had a leasing specials sign on the outside. It does look like the picture is being taken from Terminus though.

Mishap is correct: these are the 05 Buckhead apartments.
O5 Buckhead offers a choice to those living in Atlanta who expect luxury, yet prefer the freedom and convenience of renting.

Exactly Mishap. The photo was taken FROM the Terminus building. It is of a new high end apartment building. I dont know their rates, but understand it was built as a high end project.

Better way to quote HOA montly dues is by sq foot. Terminus is at 0.40. So for 1,500 two bedroom roughly $600

I appreciate all of the responses. It is the 05 Buckhead. I didn't know if they were condos or rentals as they weren't finished when I left. @DeEtte, I will keep you posted, thanks!
