With the construction of Palmetto Parkway makes it easier for those in Augusta and South Augusta to go to places in North Augusta and Aiken. No matter of it was a long awaited completion, Palmetto Parkway was never there. Its there now and its making a difference and will continue to.

The Village at Riverwatch could have a greater impact on the CBD and urban core compared to South Carolina..

Cabela's is incorporating the canal into their store. People might be able to take boat trips from the VAR to the Enterprise Mill similar to the plans before.

The only competition for the Village at Riverwatch IMO is the Augusta mall.. I see the Augusta Exchange competition against WTP.
