Oh okay gotcha, maybe they will start work up that way when Popeyes moves. Either way that corner is still going to be a good spot for another business once road work is done.

Is the new nieborhood wallmart just gonna be groceries or will it also have a small electronics department

Walmart Neighborhood Market sells the same things you'd find at any other grocery store, just at Walmart prices (in most cases). Any electronics would be limited to the same kinds you would find at a Kroger or Publix....phone chargers, batteries, etc.

Oddly enough I heard the other day that Walmart originally wanted to build a Supercenter directly in the city of Hephzibah near the corner of Hwy 88 and Windsor Spring Rd, however the owner of the property got greedy and increased his price to $100 million when he found out that Walmart was interested so they backed out.

Does anyone know what other stores are going in by the Walmart Neighborhood Market (Tobacco Rd/Windsor Spring)? I haven't seen a post on this but I could have missed it.

There still trying to lease them out but what I'm curious about is that gas station gonna be a Walmart brand gas station
