You might be correct about that. There is the cancer research center, medical commons, dental school, medical school and other buildings. Being constructed on in the medical district.

City of Augusta population should start growing at a faster rate. Because of all the new residential intown.

I think you got that one backwards... New residential pops up after population starts to grow. New residential means Augusta's population has already started to grow.

I know the metro, richmond county, and the city are growing. I hoping the city population grows even faster.

I agree the city is already growing in population. They're building or built new homes on laney walker, Bethleham, and JB boulevard. The James brown townhomes, Emporium condos, Green building, whites building, MCG student housing. Plus developed many old buildings downtown.
