Has the woolworth building started construction? It's going to be commercial/residential.

I looked inside the emporium but couldn't see. The green building for a fact is under construction. The woolworth building I have to ride past to check.

Where on 9th???

There is nothing going on at the Woolworth Building (or the Kress Building for what it matters). Woolworth Building was sold about a year ago with a promise of retail/restaraunts on the first floor and lofts on the second. Live near both buildings...nothing.

I don't know where on 9th street it will be located. I just know its part of the project on 9th street/James brown boulevard. That includes the library, judicial center, JB townhome community, and the single family houses going up down there.

why in the world are they putting a new judicial center in the middle of "the rejuvenation" downtown Augusta. It is fine where it is. They should just take half of the money for the new building.. renovate the old, and spend the rest on other parts of Augusta.

That government move is so aggravating
