Moving to Austin from Phoenix and in need of a 2 bedroom apartment. However, I will only be there for 3 months. I will be working to Downtown Austin and my roommate will be working in Dripping Springs.

Can anyone help with information on where to move with a 3 month lease?

Try one of the transient hotels on the east side, near DT..they are really cheap, and very little vermin/lice around...a free can of raid is handed to you upon lease signing as well.

You might look into Stoneliegh on davis lane (south), Archstone Monterey Ranch, Riverstone Ranch, Barton Creek Landing @ 2800 Bartons Bluff Ln offers 3 month leases, Preserve At Travis Creek offers month leases, Amli At Lantana Ridge offers 1 Month, 3 Months, 6 Months, 7 Months, 9 Months, 12 Months and Flexible month leases @ 6636 W. William Cannon Dr but you didn't mention price range....

Thank you so much for the list. I'll check them out! At this point there really isn't a price range... just need somewhere to live!

Hey, if you are looking for an affordable place and save your money, the best option is extended stay hotel suites.. there are a ton downtown like the radisson (i'm sure i misspelled that lol). Also, look into coporate housing. But be prepared to spend $110-$200 a day. I agree with the other poster said, amli is the best option in my opinion
