Well, maybe we just have a disproportionate number of gay men compared to gay women, and we actually have a very good ratio of compatible people .

Austin may be a good town for singles, but that would be singles under the age of 25. The more mature crowd that isn't into the inmature drinking, smoking, and barfing on the street is found up off McKinney Street in Uptown big D!

That graph is from the City-Data "Houses and residences" data-page for Austin. http://www.city-data.com/housing/hou...tin-Texas.html

Besides just attracting more women to Austin, wouldn't it also be nice to attract more hot-looking women to Austin? There's an even bigger shortage of them in this town.

Don't women like to hang out with gay men? We need to make sure to make this town as gay friendly as possible. And some of you guys... well you may have to take one for the team.
You first!

I agree. At least it keeps me from having too much of a wandering eye. So often I see a girl and she will catch my eye then when I get a closer look there is some rather large flaw that drops her down 4 points on the scale. There are a lot of 50 footers here.

Come on now guys, don't turn the ladies off by making them think men here are superficial.
