General concensus is that the majority of the Austin City Council are buffoons. How about some real working ideas about how to get rid of them next election. Do we need to do anything or have they shot themselves in the foot enough times that it will happen naturaly.

If you support them in the more illustrious cases (management of the police dept., inability to deal with homeless, the taco debacle, the budget "short-falling", etc.) please feel free to defend.

I think our city council does a pretty good job, all things considered. Of course they screw up and make some bad decisions, but that's going to happen no matter who's there.
