My cell phone jack is damaged so it is time to just buy a new one. I do not care about "smart" capabilities, all I want are talk and text. Where can I find a minimal phone at an affordable price, without having to buy some contract?

Thanks

If it's just the jack that's damaged, you can likely get it repaired. There are a number of wireless repair places around that will do this stuff in an hour or two. I've done everything from replacing jacks, trackballs, screens, cases... guess I need to stop kicking them.

You can buy a basic phone at walmart for literally 10 or 15 dollars. They have a bunch of different carriers and different plans with no contract.

I bought a Verizon phone for $14 at Walmart. No contract, $50/month for unlimited phone and text. I'm a happy camper now.
