I moved from Boston last year and we had a nice playground at an elementary school for toddlers. It was basically a large Little Tikes placeset, some small dinosaurs to climb, and a little house. The whole thing was enclosed and the ground was made of some kind of rubber turf. I've seen it used in San Antonio as well but only in newer playgrounds. Any idea if something like that exists here?

Here's a picture from street view (of Stanley Elementary School) of what I'm looking for.

Most elementary schools have pretty nice playgrounds and they are open to the public after school hours.

I've checked out all the ones in Northwest Hills and Great Hills and none of them are really appropriate for a 1.5 year old loosely attended. This school actually had 3 playgrounds for 3 different age groups.

The school we go to (not NW, though) has a preschool playground that is very good for little ones, but I am not sure all schools have the preschool option, even, much less the playground. Maybe if you can find one with a preschool program.
