Any good recommendations from locals in the greater Austin area for a nonprofit who is going to have a meeting with around 500 people (including kids and their families, and those from all ages) during the day on a Saturday or Sunday sometime in late January 2014?

Food/drinks won't be served, but that would be fine if food and drinks were sold by the venue.

Ideally, we would find somewhere that has a graduated theater, auditorium (including schools if those are available at a high school, college or performing arts center) either in Austin or anywhere in the greater Austin area.

We need to make a decision soon because we have to start advertising this fundraiser for our nonprofit.

Thanks for any ideas.

I don't know about the size, but check with UT and the Austin Public Library and see if they have anything that will fit a crowd that large.
