Looking for some largeish potted cactus, aloe plants, or other drought tolerant plants to put on my patio.

Any recommendations near Round Rock, or North Austin?

Thanks,

JH6

You might try Red Barn, off Pond Springs. I've seen plenty of large potted cacti and other drought tolerant things there.

And there's another nursery called Countryside right down the road from redbarn. I haven't been there yet, but apparently they have drought tolerant plants, too.

Both are top notch but countryside tends to have better native and drought tolerant selection (and advice).

Can't go wrong with either because it is a very small difference really.

There's actually a third nursery over there as well, north of anderson mill. Can't remember the name. Definitely a clump of 'em, which is convenient. Don't know about the selection at the third place.
