It's a new community on 132 acres. Homes start in the 380s , builders are Coventry and Scott Felder. Large lots average .75 acres. There will be 96 homes total. Some of it's positives are the Dripping Springs Ranch park next door. and Dripping Springs Elementary is across RR12. Founder's pool is less than a mile down RR12.

Is this what you were looking for?

Thanks. I knew all of that already. I was just wondering what it looked like, and if it was worth it. Researching for friends.

I drove through HH this past weekend. It's actually coming along quite nicely (there are more lots with 'sold' signs on than I would have imagined). Some nice view lots. No amenities. Just the 2 production builders.

DS is growing like wildfire. I paid for my water meter last week and the girl said that there are 3 new subdivisions coming online in the very near future.

Yes, lots of growth out here. The thing I like about Harrison Hills is it's proximity to downtown Dripping, bigger lots. But there is a lack of amenities. You just have to weigh everything based on your needs and wants. There is also a new neighborhood planned for across RR12 from there.
