LOL!

I don't know, Hillary looks like toast...switching people around and such. Smells desperate.

Hard to stop the Obama train!

So much for wanting to go there. CNN decided it would be a "by invitation only" affair. How sad is that!! How can you do something like that and get away with it? They are hosting it at the UT after all... mmhhh... Tax-payer dollars?? Come on! That is not democracy if you ask me. We don't suscribe to cable, therefore we will not be able see the debate, since it will be on CNN, of course. Sad. Shameless media-giants! I wonder what kind of people will be invited and if they will be passing out what questions to ask as well. Anyway, I know this is not the politics forum so I will stop.

Well, that's a bummer. We don't (choose) have cable either so...

I guess we'll have to be content with all of the half-*ss post analysis from "experts" and sound bites and clips off youtube.

Actually, the News Hour on PBS has damn fine analysis.

The news today said there'll be 100 tickets available to the public...I wonder how much those will be going for ($$$)? I'd love to go.

I heard on the radio today that while it is an invite only there will be 100 tickets available to the public. That's not very many considering the radio guy said the place can seat 3000 people max.

So much for us "little guys".

Democrats should tell TV to buzz off and get debate tickets out to the people (http://www.statesman.com/news/content/news/stories/local/02/15/0215kelso.html - broken link)

Good article. Good for Kelso!
Jenbar, I am not from Seattle. I lived there from many years though... I am just a very political person who actually thinks that these kind of deals, of "happenings" are important and should involve as many people as possible, for free, because that is what a democracy is all about. Not only for people who could potencially "afford" to buy their way in or the ones who suscribe to cable. I makes me very upset, you are right!

So does that mean you're not going?
