Every single listing is under contract. No active listings. Median sales price is up 93% over the last year.

Edit: 2 houses came up for sale this morning in my zip code. Average list price of 1.3M between them.

These are averages, (not an outlier like the Manchaca listing). They will also most likely be under contract within a week (unlike the Manchaca listing)

Austin real estate is way expensive, and has been for years. Many people live outside of the city, or even San Antonio (and just make the daily drive)
