Smile Buying 75 year old home

I just had the home I want to purchase, inspected today and was told that it has very good bones to it.
Of course I am sure there is some sort of lead in it due to the age(pre 1978),but the exterior paint is O.K.
The ceiling is 11' tall and wood, the walls and floors are also wood.
The previous owners painted the floors,UGH! So I need to strip, stain & seal them. I will also repaint the interior walls.
The home is approximately 1550 sq.ft.
The inspector said his only concern was the old knob & tube wiring, there is easy access to the existing wall outlets,So my main question is what kind of estimate can I expect from an electrician. I talked to a General contractor today and he will try to line everything out and give me an estimate on the floors, paint and electrical work, but the suspense is killing me.
Does anyone know what I can expect to pay for these services along with the GC fee.
