Do you all know where I can find some pick-up soccer games around Austin? I'm thinking of 12-20 ppl at least, decent sized.

I did start a thread and it's either someplace where I can't find it or deleted. That is why I asked here. Wondering if there were any particular schools in/or around Austin that were better than others for soccer.

It isn't the main concern so I hope people are not jumping to conclusions but good grief...there must be someone that knows if some of the schools offer it? We're not basing our decision on schools on the soccer! Me thinks it was a mistake to join these boards. OMG, there goes my hind sight!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think all the LISD middle and high schools have teams. (Real teams with coaches, not just clubs or intramurals) If not, most of them do. But you asked if any Austin area schools were better than others and I don't know the answer to that question You can check out the Hill Country News Hill Country News » Front for school sports info. Hope this helps a little!

most if not all the public hs offer it in Austin and suburbs. as to who is the best or better schools, you would probably have to look up local school sports news.

As a former college and over 30 player, i would look to have my daughter in a good club or private school team, so i dont know about the Public state run schools. we had a good one at my HS up in Arlington back in the 80s
