patrick farrell is on a distinguished road
I am in a similar situation moving from Michigan in a few weeks. I have heard that older apartments can have outlandish utilities, like totaling a months rent, because they are not as energy efficient. I have heard this from a placement agency and I think they might just be trying to get me to rent an expensive place to boost their commission. Are there reasonable places in Central / Northern Austin that are reasonably priced?

Looking for

2 bed 2 bath
pool
balcony / patio
accessible laundry
a good amount of living space

Thanks!
