Lol, there's absolutely no preferential treatment for non-whites (which sort of occurs in places like the UK, actually). The UK is STILL the top country for immigrants here.
Since I was a young child, I have always wanted to visit Australia. I am fascinated with the culture, the geography, the variety of cities, the coasts, everything!
I also am wondering if anyone else has experienced such a longing for a place?
Yes I love America too ... been there many times but sadly no visas right now.
America is a fine place. Would give up my 6 weeks holiday and 2 weeks sick time to live there
I was born in America so I'm tired of seeing the same stuff lol. I want to try and see something new. I know I'll like it a lot. Is it hard to get into America? Like does America have all these visas and requirements? is it expensive to get into America? =P

It is easy for us to visit America .... but much fewer immigrant visas right now because of the recession

Unless you win the Diversity Visa Lottery, and while you're preparing to migrate you meet and marry your American wife, and then you have 2 ways you can migrate...........which is what happened to me....

God, talk about lucky! Some of us can't even get the DV, and I'm already happily married

Lucky, lucky you .... I tried the Diversity Visa Lottery twice and missed out.
I could get an HIB visa but nowadays too much uncertainty and I probably wouldn't get to live where I would like
what about migrating permanently. is it easy for people to come and say, I'm moving to America?
