Pretend you've never been to any of them (if you have). Which would you rather visit?
My ranking:
1. Great Barrier Reef
2. SW Wilderness of Tasmania
3. Kakadu N.P.
4. Daintree Rainforest
5. Uluru and the Olgas
6. Blue Mountains
7. Australian Alps
My order
1. Great Barrier Reef
2. Uluru and Central Oz
3. Blue Mountains
4. Daintree
5. Australian Alps
6. Kakadu
7. SW Tasmania
Note I have only been to two of them as New South Welshman, have been to Tassie but not the south-west (Cradle Mountain is north-west?).
I am looking at this objectively as a tourist, including such things as practicality, accessibility etc.
If I had never been to any of them then my preferences would be based around what I had heard about them (which puts more weight around the heavily marketed sites) and my personal preferences.
Therefore my order in descending level of preference is:
1. Great Barrier Reef
2. Uluru and the Olgas
3. Kakadu N.P.
4. Blue Mountains
5. SW Wilderness of Tasmania
6. Daintree Rainforest
7. Australian Alps
1. SW Wilderness of Tasmania
2. Daintree Rainforest
3. Blue Mountains
4. Great Barrier Reef
5. Australian Alps (in winter)
6. Kakadu N.P.
7. Uluru and the Olgas
1. GBR
2. Daintree (mainly because they are right next to each other)
3. The Alps in summer
4. The Flinders Ranges
5. Blue Mountains
6. Tasmania
7. Kakadu
8. The Olgas
1. SW Wilderness of Tasmania
2. Daintree Rainforest
3. Kakadu N.P.
4. Great Barrier Reef
5. Uluru and the Olgas
6. Blue Mountains
7. Australian Alps
