Psychology (unlike Psychiatry) is usually not based within the medical department of a university. Specialisations like clinical, forensic etc are not usually provided until the postgraduate level. Most universities have a psychology department (usually within the Arts or Science faculty). If you have a Bachelors you will probably be able to get into a paid Masters course. The more prestigious universities will have stringent qualification guidelines for their masters courses.
