No it can't but then again no Red Bull car has ever won the Daytona 500.
You'll never see the Red Bull F1 car in a NASCAR race, but maybe it should be recruited to do the national anthem for some of them. It might be an improvement:

No argument about that, some people should just stick to singing C&W songs and leave the NA to real singers.
I think Red Bull found it was not so easy to dominate NASCAR like they did in F1 but at least they gave it a shot.
So I was at a bar recently and when telling this avid NASCAR fan that I cannot stand NASCAR and I prefer open wheel racing. I told him I like Indy first and then F1 and at which I appeared to really offend him and he said F1 is just a car parade and he went on to say it's a shame that they have the best cars in the world and all they do is drive them in a parade. This guy said also that Indy car is finally doing something right and should start drawing fans back. I never knew F1 vs Nascar was such a touchy subject with some people.

It always has been. NASCAR fans view F1 fans as the rich and snobby people and as he said, the cars drive like their in a parade (which is kinda true), then the F1 fans view NASACAR fans as hillbillies, and all the cars do is run in circles (which is also true, but any unbiased person knows there's much more to it than that).
Then Indy car is just out there since they've lost so much popularity over the years. Even though I'm 17, I'm an old school Indy fan that also watches USAC. Indycar claims they are trying to get those fans back, but aren't trying very hard if you ask me. At least they brought back tracks like Detroit and Pocono. They also need to take away a few of the international events as Americans just don't care about them. Though running the Nurburgring again would be cool. My dad said they ran there once or twice and they pretty much showed up the F1 cars, so they weren't invited back.

Anyone that has watched F1 THIS year cant call it a parade. Although they did earn that critique. Neither Indycars. Those ugly bodies have been one piece that has helped for better racing. Its been pretty killer actually if you look at the results. No longer Penske vs Ganasis and 20 other cars running for P7 back. Been some modestly funded teams winning this year.
Funny enough if anything has been a parade this year its been NASCAR. Partly becauee of the new car. I think the racing will continue to get better as more teams get a handle on the new car but it will only change so much. They're so much faster and so much more dowmforce theres only so much side by side and passing you can do with a car like that.

IndyCar was established in 1996. They might have used the regular Nürburgring circuit. F1 has not raced at the Nordschleife since the 70s.

They ran there in the early 60s. Yes, Indy car was established in 1996, but I just refer to all of them as Indycars. Yes, I know they used to be called Champ cars.
