I actually do have a mechanic that I trust, but have never met a lawyer that I would.

Same with attorneys as auto mechanics. Some good ones, some bad ones.

I have more familiarity with law than with car repair, so I'm better prepared to sniff out a BS lawyer.

I think most auto mechanics are not smart enough to pull anything much off beyond putting on some parts you don't need.

Reminds me of the joke:

A lawyer and an auto mechanic are sitting on a bench watching girls go by. A real beauty strolls by and the lawyer turns to the mechanic and says: "I'd sure like to screw her."

The mechanic replies: "Yea? Outta what?

I try to do most of my own mechanical work but if I can't I still read up as much info as possible so I have an understanding of it. I will not be taking advantage of by a mechanic. Now the Lawyer.. well I can't see my self studying law so I'm left to there mercy unfortunatley and I just can't see myself ever trusting one.
