Assuming the question is truly legitimate and the OP is really considering the three, my choice is easily the Gallardo.
No one asking about these doesn't have another car to drive every day. So these are pleasure cars. The Gallardo is just a bit more on the edge than the 430 without Ferrrari's air of aristocracy. The Grand Sport is a nice Corvette, but they are so common.....

I'd go the other way and pick the F430. The Gallardo is "loud" and in your face, the Corvette is just too common.
Overall though, I would personally pick the Gallardo's cousin, the Audi R8 over any of them.
At least with the vette a tune up will cost less than $1000
Not to mention you'll be rebuilding the engine of the Ferrari or Lambo at about 12,000 miles.
