Road Construction Signs (left turn, tickets, year)

Does anyone else get annoyed when they leave road construction signs in an area where no construction has taken place for long periods of time?

I was driving today and trying to make a left turn onto a road, but my vision was somewhat obscured by one of these road construction signs and it made the chore of making a turn more difficult. Just ranting about signs left out all over the roads...

Construction signs are left up for years so any tickets can be doubled in construcion areas.
