I like em all. Especially anything that is original or restored to original. Antiques, pre war, post war, 50's, 60's, 70's right up till today. Cars, trucks, Jeeps, tractors, hot rods, street machines, resto mods, rat rods even buses if it has a motor and it looks good I'm in. My wife once asked me if I could have any car in the world what would it be. I just chuckled and said I have no idea, five minutes after I picked something I would regret not picking something else.

There was one in a Keels and Wheels we showed in every year in Texas. Awesome, unique looking car, that always drew a crowd.

And if hot rodders hadnt' brought it back as a hot rod, it'd never have been brought back as it's not worth it for restorers to restore an average car.Hell, many were built when they were simply old used cars. No more valuable than a '80s Tempo is now.

Gotta loved closed minded hating, though. Keep it up.

BTW, it's been said that there are more '32 Fords running around today than there were in '32. Think about that for a moment...

not worht it to restore this, but it'll make a hell of a hot rod:
Plenty of guys on eBay selling parts from Model A's which could have been restored, but hot rodders deemed unsalveagable.

I like restored, stock vehicles and street rods. We own both. One thing I can safely aver is that I have had countless offers from hot rodders to buy my original woodies (one worth over $65K) to convert to rods. That's not cool.

When they go out and find random bits and pieces, I'm ok with that.

It has wooden wheels, a wooden steering wheel and mechanical brakes only on the rear wheels. I really need to get it repainted and have the leather upholstery reworked before my daughter inherits it.
To have the same vehicle in your family since it was purchased new is fantastic! 91 years! Wow!

My dream car is a '59 Cadillac, preferable to a convertible. When I was a small kid, I thought those were SO cool! I have the money now but wife would disown me if I brought one home. Besides, I would have to extend the garage to park it. LOL I also agree that those GM cars from the '50s are really beautiful. My folks had a '56 Belair as well as my aunt and my uncle. both sets of Grandparents had the '57 Belairs both in that pinkish purple color. Really neat!
