Haven't maxed out yet (I always hear my grandmothers voice in the back of my head, saying, "SLOW DOWN! You never know where the cops will be.")

But I've reached about 95 in my 2005 camry and 100 in my grandmas '08 es350 (I know it's potent though).

I don't speed on public roads - that's asking for trouble.

I live in Montana so I cruise at around 90... Back in the days of Reasonable and Prudent (ie, no speed limits) I would go 130 on the Montanabahn.

Fastest ever was a 175mph on a Yamaha YZF-R1 (modified up to 185 HP.) It still had much more to give.

With much pleading from my wife I sold it and bought an '07 WRX. It's been up to 135 and I still had 5th gear to explore when I ran out of freeway. I'll keep ya posted since I still plan on doing more mods to it. So far, I've only put in performance oil, good tires and removed the snorkus. I have a $250 Blitz SUS intake just waiting for an exhaust!!

I used to experiment on my 1992 Mustang GT (in 1997) while I was working PT at the airport in long island.I used to get low lead(small aircraft) fuel 110-120 octane and raced with it.After racing I would use lead remover additives. It seemed to work pretty well.
