Ok, so after an adventurous Saturday looking at a car (I was going to look at a second car, but got a flat tire on the way) I got a line on a car at a good, solid dealership. They're asking $6950, but of course I intend to haggle, haggle, haggle. Think maybe I can get it down to $5500 cash on the table (out the door, I cover tax, tags, and title with the DMV)?
And Stratford, in answer to your question: No. Working 15-hour days doesn't exactly give me a lot of time!
I don't want any details, because I'm not qualified to answer. Those that might be able to help would probably benefit from little bits of knowledge such as WHAT CAR YOU'RE TALKING ABOUT among other useful items.
'05 Santa Fe is the vehicle. Edmunds and KBB have it listed at just below 6k. Guy's wanting damn near 7k? Not a snowball's chance in hell!
What's the mileage?
