Placement of horn actuator on turn signal stalk almost got me into an accident. When I finally found it, I couldn't believe that any competent designer would have placed it in a location that was so difficult to find quickly in an emergency situation.

The Chrysler Lebaron was popular, but I'm not really sure why. Also, remember when everyone but Ford had an IROC of some kind? The least memorable being the Daytona....

How about the Dodge Omni and Plymouth Horizon? They were at the vanguard of front wheel drive cars, but from what I remember of those days they were pretty much forgotten even while they were still in production.

They got a bad report on handling from Consumer Reports, which didn't help.

We had I think an '83 STE, and it was a fabulous car! The wife blew the motor one time leaving the garage mad at something, probably me! Quick and easy fix on warranty. We had memorable Highway 1 drive and passed everybody!

Had the first one with tranny failure, 1/4 mile out of the dealer. Took 2 weeks to fix as they sent the tranny back to Detroit. Also had the first one with rust through. Very dangerous car with improper front/rear braking proportion.

We had a '76 Chevette, a great little car. Only problem was a flat tire one time. My wife calls and tells me that the tire is only flat on the bottom!
