What is the MSRP? I have to say the 6 is worth it. I'd far prefer the 6 to the XLE trim. I've driven both about 100 million times. But we didn't have many 4's on the lot. Not as popular. They should come way down for a 4, especially a dressed-up 4. Lots of room in the add ons.
you should check out edmunds' prices paid then go back to the dealer for their best offer. After that go to auto authority's improve my deal and you're done.

Edmunds is worthless at a dealer. But I know the mark-up on Camry's and OP has a GOOD deal.
The 2.5 4cyl in the Camry provides decent power, I know because I've driven several of them. It's not like the weak little 1.8 in the Corolla. If I were to get the V6 it would be strictly because it's smoother and quieter.
Actually you are right. I was perfectly happy with the 4 in the Camry and the OP is coming from a Corolla so it will be more power than used to. It was after leaving Toyota that I got hooked on MOAR POWER. THEN a 4 was a problem to me personally because I would forget that I didn't have it anymore. OP will be fine.
