Some years ago a man who lived in a condo in Ft Liquordale bought himself a shiny new pickup truck.
The condo administrators told him trucks were not allowed, passenger cars only. He replaced his truck with a clapped out old station wagon which he painted camo using spray cans from the hardware store.
Then he added a fake turret and cannon to the roof, but it was a passenger car.
