A little snow driving caused me 2 issues. I replaced the brake light bulb.

But my other issue is a noise at my right front wheel. When I turn, it sounds like "a braided cable " rubbing on something , the sound can also be describe as the sound of a zipper being pulled up and down.

What could this be, ball joints, bushings?

Fwd by the way.

You will have to take it to a shop.
Probably put up on lift.
Replicate the noise.

By now, you should have found a good honest local mechanic repair shop. Stop by and ask about noise.

First possibility: Chunk of hardened snow or frozen slush-salt-sand mix caught up against something.

Had same thing happen. As weather and car warmed up over next days the thing either melted or fell out. Steering normal through entire episode.
