The other day I noticed that in addition to the red Regular price and the green Diesel price, my local Wawa gas station had a blue price. I thought it was odd to be advertising a price for Kero up there with the motor fuels, but closer inspection showed that it's for Ethanol Free Gasoline. So far only one station has it that I know of. Marshalls Creek, PA near East Stroudsburg. About 60 cents higher than Regular.
Please post it up on this website. You may find other stations that are within practical range of your home, I am not that familiar with PA, never lived there, never will.
E-free regular is pretty common around these rural parts since so many have small engine equipment such as mowers, chain saws, string trimmers, log splitters, chippers, 4 wheelers, mules, etc and have large properties to maintain. When I first started buying it more than 10 years ago the price difference was just 10 cents a gallon. Over the years it's slowly gone up and is now 40 cents a gallon more than regular with ethanol. Why? I guess just because they can get away with it.
Done! This seems to be the only one in my county (Monroe). I listed it as "East Stroudsburg PA" which is the official address although it's really Marshalls Creek.
BTW Gas Buddy has no ability to enter an Ethanol Free price.
Gas Buddy is pretty much centered on lowest price. That only matters to me if I am refueling a rental car.
Pure Gas, for whatever reason, discourages commenting on price. Mostly if I have E-0 available, since I am making decent money, and am not driving gas hogs much, I just buy the E-0 without thinking much about the price. Around here E-0 is typically about a buck more than 87 octane E-10, but most E-0 is 90 or 91 octane. I guess it's about 50 cents more than E-10 premium - but E-10 premium is usually 92 octane.
A couple of years ago, there was a Shell station that was selling no ethanol gas with the island pumps and priced as 87 octane. There was always 2 or 3 cars waiting for that pump. Somebody told the owner to not do that anymore. So he moved the no-ethanol to a pump near the diesel pump and it now costs more than 93 octane. [And he had to remove the 'we have no ethanol gas' sign]

I don't think Algore can actually enforce his fatwas. They should have ignored him. (I'm assuming that "somebody" is actually Algore).
First, is it even legal to sell Ethanol-free gas? Second, what difference do you see in daily driving?
