Fewer and fewer new cars are being sold with CD players, and trying to find a car with one is a real challenge. So far I have discovered that several makes have dropped them completely, but I have found the following cars which are still sold with CD players:
2019 Acura ILX
2019 & 2020 Acura TLX
2019 Audi A3 - in the glove box
2019 & 2020 BMW 2-Series
2019 Honda HR-V
2019 Infiniti Q50
2019 Mercedes CLA
2019 Nissan Frontier
2019 Nissan Rogue Sport
2019 & 2020 Nissan Z
2019 Toyota Prius
2019 Volkswagen Beetle
2019 Volkswagen Jetta (SEL only!) - In the glove box
2019 Volkswagen Passat
Please feel free to add to this list. I'm hoping by the end of this thread there is a comprehensive list that will help others who include this as a constraint to what car they will buy.
Please DO NOT feel free to extol on the advantages of your favorite alternative to using CDs. That IS NOT the purpose of this thread.
I am also frustrated by the lack of cars which include spare tires (compact or full) and will establish a thread on that when I have a longer list than the couple I know of right now.

It's easy enough to copy music from CDs to flash drives that will play on the newer cars, but then you need to have a computer with a CD drive. For most of us the small laptops or tablets no longer have a CD drive. Fortunately my 2017 F150 has a CD drive (and a full sized spare).
My 02 F150 has a 6 disc changer and a tape deck! Imagine that a tape deck !
When we bought our 2017 Grand Cherokee my wife and I looked all over for the cd slot but guess what, that is one of the cars that deleted it.
It is odd that some of the cars the OP listed are upmarket cars like Mercedes, Acura and BMW. I wonder if that has anything to do with the typical client that buys those cars are older with more daily responsibilities and they don't have the time or the know how to convert their CD's onto a flash drive.
Then again with satellite radio one can listen to pretty much anything you want.
Subarus still have them.
I believe you can still get the glovebox unit in a Cadillac CTS & ATS.
Most German cars still have them.
The wife insisted on a CD player, so I added the glovebox unit to her XTS, which offered it thru 2017.
The installation was a very easy DIY job... just a few screws and plug it in. CUE recognized it immediately.

Not odd at all. The best listening you can do in a vehicle is with CD's. Any compressed music format does not sound as good. Their luxury multimedia systems have DVD/CD players as well as flash/usb ports.
The 2019 Mercedes GLE still gives you a DVD/CD player, as does the S class. I think they are starting to be dropped on lesser models though, but might still be available as an option. (The latest S class has moved the CD player to the glove box, it's no longer in the dash.)
2019 Ford Mustang with B&O Play™ Premium Audio System by HARMAN, if you don't get the B&O Audio it doesn't have one.
2019 Chevrolet Tahoe
2019 Chevrolet Suburban
2019 GMC Yukon
2019 GMC Yukon XL
2019 Toyota Tacoma with 6.1" Entune™ touch-screen display
2019 Toyota Tundra
Don’t buy a car solely on the fact it has a CD player.
