Not sure why your co-signer has a Power-of-Attorney; why did you grant your co-signer one? Normally, Powers-of-Attorney are granted for specific purposes, such as selling a car. A general Power-of-Attorney gives the person unlimited rights to conduct business in your name. I assume you signed the former. So the question is: why does your co-signer have a Power-of-Attorney from you?
