Hi Forum we just completed our home inspection and pic shows some moisture in basement (un-finished) but full height.

We have sump pump and it looks like basement is not waterproofed.

Any watch outs or concers w/ damp/ wet spots in basements in Baltimore. House is 3 story brick row in fells point.

The sump pump will help out tremendously in case of water. Sealing every joint and access point will help out as well.
