I knew that dude had to be from Baltimore. When he say " I'm not messing wichew." That accent is unmistakable.
I would've done the exact same thing if I were in that situation.

How far outside of Baltimore proper does that accent go?

Depends on the race
Black:
Reisterstown to the NW
Edgewood to the NE
Annapolis to the Southeast
Hunt Valley to the North (very few black people out there though)
Columbia to the SW (lots of people moving there from the city.

The White Baltimore accent is harder to pin down since it stretches, and merges into PA, Del., Eastern Shore. Other posters may know more about this than me.

You need to get out more. Hunt Valley is part of Cockeysville, although for over forty years real estate developers have been trying to tell people otherwise.

Plenty of Black people around here. Now 35 years ago no, except on Sherwood Hill.

Guy Looks like Chad "Ocho Cinco" Johnson who used to play for the Bengals.....I thought that is who it was when I first saw this .. Thought he had become a sports correspondent like so many other former NFL Players
