Default A magical mystery tour

Some Baltimore sites are incredible at the right moment. Like the gatehouse and buildings of the Sheppard Pratt complex in Towson when surrounded by fog. Tonight we were briefly transmitted to such a magical never-never land.
We had been attending a concert at the Lurman amphitheater in Catonsville when we decided to turn from Bloomsbury to Asylum Lane. That took us right through the Spring Grove hospital compound. The sun was setting and the lighting emphasize the massivity and yes, majesty, of the old stone buildings, many with columns, that once house a mental hospital.
