I always felt this was dumb anyway and was wondering who was the genuis who thought of these silly interviews.
Perhaps the real problem was Bob Raissman himself--an alleged sports journalist who seems strangely unfamiliar with what happens before the game actually gets started. It's quite common for interviews to be conducted pre-game. I know this, because I've arrived at the stadium early and watched them being videotaped. Raissman apparently doesn't know this. You have to question his qualifications.

Fox is usually pretty good, especially with Football. They have way more announcers and experience in sports broadcasting than TBS. Plus, I have no problem with the local FSN broadcast of the Rays.

The local FSNs are OK, we have FSN Pittsburgh, and while their announcers are a little boring, there's nothing irritating about them either. But I just cannot stand Joe Buck and Tim McCarver. I think I'm going to turn the volume down on the TV and listen to the Phillies radio broadcast...but I'll have to try to sync the two broadcasts using the DVR.
