As he attempts another NBA comeback, former Miami Heat center Greg Oden worked out for the Charlotte Hornets on Wednesday and will do the same for the Dallas Mavericks this week, reports RealGM.com.
Oden also worked out for the Memphis Grizzlies in the spring, and RealGM.com reports the team will continue to monitor him.
I still think what would have happened if Greg Oden and Kevin Durant would have switched draft picks.
Durant + Aldridge = championship, maybe? WITH Damian Lillard, who in just three years has become I'd say one of the most clutch players in the game, especially for his age.
I'm sorry, but I don't see Oden ever having a career in the NBA. I wish him all the luck in the world and hope he proves me wrong, but I feel like too much time has passed since he was drafted and he simply hasn't been able to get on the court.

Portland got the 6th pick (Lillard) by trading Gerald Wallace to the Nets.
Blazers wouldn't have brought Gerald Wallace to Portland if Durant was already there plus they would never have drafted Nicolas Batum with pick 25 in the 2008 draft.
Was hoping to see more of that kind of droll humor from someone/anyone in the NBA.
Anyway, a good series of workouts probably gets a 10-day contract somewhere. As they say, "you can't teach big".
